       After working with you to custom-tailor a checklist of your individual problems and concerns, your needs, and your special requirements, a Supervisor is assigned and acquainted with your needs and expectations.

    Experienced Crews are placed, and work inspections are conducted regularly by

    the on-site Foreperson
    the Supervisor
    the Operations Manager
    ...and then by your STERLING Management Representative and yourself.

     Any problem is noted, communicated, followed-up, corrected, and then documented with the signatures of all Inspectors involved.

     This way, not only are all of your expectations realized, but a sophisticated system of "fine-tuning" is continually underway.
